Soft Cable opened in 1983 as a manufacturer/distributor of standard and customer cables for the computer industry.  In 1987 through a series of cooperative agreements and joint ventures, “off-shore” cable production facilities were established in .  Early in 1983, production was moved to larger and more modern facilities in Mainland.
Although many custom cable are still manufactured in the ; Soft Cable has set aside over 35,000 sq. feet of out international production facilities for wire & cable extrusion, coiling and the production of molded cables, telephone cords, audio videos and wire harnesses.  Our combined world wide work force of nearly 1,000 boasts production capabilities of 1,500,000 telephone cords and 300,000 molded assemblies per month.
In 1992, the newest Soft Cable manufacturing facilities in Mainland began shipping manual and automatic switch boxes, power centers, mouse pads and UL surge suppressors.  Soft Cable products are packaged with the Soft Cable brand, Generic packaging or Custom packaging created by our-in-house designers to meet your specific needs.
